Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of our product and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Luv2Stay is a personal body adhesive product designed for direct contact with the skin and footwear. To maintain the safety and integrity of our customers, we are unable to restock or resell any returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at info@luv2stay.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will be happy to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For clarity, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products
Items where packaging has been tampered with
Products that have been applied to skin or footwear
Sale items or gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Due to the sealed and hygienic nature of our product, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once the product packaging has been opened. If your order has not been opened or used, and you are located within the EU, you may contact us within 14 days to discuss your eligibility for a return.
