Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Luv2Stay. Below is our shipping policy outlining how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is complete, followed by a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or a similar service, depending on the weight and destination.

  • Standard Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days
    Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout or free for qualifying orders

     

Packaging

Luv2Stay ships in compact protective envelopes or flat mailers to ensure your order arrives safely, discreetly, and cost-effectively. Multiple items may be packaged together when possible.

Tracking Information

If your order includes tracking, a tracking number will be provided via email once the order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect address entry, or other factors beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@luv2stay.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your household members, neighbors, or local post office. Luv2Stay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery. We encourage customers to use secure delivery locations.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Luv2Stay is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future.
